Previous Student Film Openings

I liked the film opening to Signature, it is a gril applying her makeup while water from the bath drips and a rubber duck is floating in the water. At the end of the film opening a hand appears in the bath, the girl pushes back the shower curtain and a dead boy appears floating in the bath, the girl then tightens his tie. The credits are position in between clips on a black screen in a calligraphy font like a signature.

Editing Clean cuts, fade to black, fuzzed


Mis en Scene White clean bathroom, Bright room, the girl was young: up to date fashion, the boy smartly dressed 


Camera Panning of the room, close ups, birds eye, medium shot, extreme close up, over the shoulder, low angle


The only negative in this film opening is that the film title is positioned at the end of the opening instead of the beginning.
